My name is Witold Szwed and I founded and manage Enterio. I am passionate about and experienced in market analysis and international business development.

I have 15 years of experience from Business Sweden and the Swedish Trade Council in helping Swedish companies grow sales in Central- and Eastern Europe, focusing on Poland and 3 years of experience from running Enterio. I have managed and delivered several hundred of analytical, strategic and hands-on consulting assignments for companies of all sizes, aimed at finding new revenue streams, shortening time to market and minimising risks.

I have supported companies across a wide range of sectors, including electro mobility, ICT, machinery & equipment, aviation, forest products, healthcare, retail and consumer goods.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University in Sweden.

I live between Sweden and Poland, I am bilingual in Swedish and Polish, I know both markets and business cultures and I have local contact networks.

At Enterio, I deliver projects concerning Sweden and Poland and manage projects concerning Romania and Hungary.
